Nostradamus C2 Q9: An emaciated leader forced into war by ISIL.

This verse relates to one of the leaders who is in power at the time of a war in this century. He is distinguishable from the many by his unusual funeral practices and by the emaciated state of his body. His behaviour outrages the people many of whom he cremates in the pits where he keeps his reptilian pets.
