Nostradamus C2 Q24: The collapse of the Eurozone from 2013 to 2017.

It is aloso the story of the collapse of the Eurozone, a collapse brought about by refugees fleeing into Europe with many countries not even attempting to resolve the fundamental issues.

The anagrams suggest this also applies to Greece and the debt burden surrounding the entry of Greece into the union. The plight of these people is that of the many as the fuel crises grow over the coming decades. The first line of text is about the European refugee crisis, the other lines are about Germany's role in handcuffing other nations to conditions that lead them to despair.

The anagrams of the verse amplify the themes and make it difficult to place it at any other period or location. There are words such as thirteens (2013) and quadrennia meaning a period of four years and this helps define specific dates in the Minor Bears (rmain obſer)regnancies (Sner En caig). This is an allusion to Polaris being the star in Ursae Minor that reaches its zenith as the Polestar at the end of this century.
