Nostradamus C2 Q44: Women victims of pillage and rape receive little help from society
Copyright: Allan Webber, December 2015, Mar 2013

List of verses in Barren Lady life seriesBarren Lady's daughter & childrenThis verse closes with  a senseless lady being brought back to life by the use of musical instruments producing sound of the harshest kind.

The setting at the begining of the verse where an eagle circling the tent is chased away by other birds creates an image of a near empty campsite. At the same time it is an allegory for a predator chased away by those nearby.

This setting ties in with the background provided by the stories in the other verses of this series about  a lady who is raped. Again there is no mention of greatness so in all  likelihood this is part of the horrific early experiences of the Barren Lady's daughter. But the mother in those stories sends her daughter away because the rapist is one of her own family members so if this is the daughter this verse' contribution is that the sexual violence occurs in or near a military encampment.

The sparse nature of the anagram profile of this verse fits to that of tseveral other members in the left hand side of the list shown at top right. I have indicated that in itself is an important guide to the place it has in Nostradamus' story telling. Sparseness of anagrams tells us the text is almost enough to tell the in fullness what is a mundane part of the main story.

Yet this is a verse of importance as is every one of them since words are the precious instrument by which Nostradamus informs the knowing reader. The verse lacks uniqueness; rape is the common plight of countless women in every place and era so something else must set the event in this verse apart.

However the few anagram in this verse provides links between it and the others in the series. This  means those that exist should have amplified import.

This then makes the anagram for Madelaine found in the last line the focal point of the verses central to the story of the daughter's rape. There are only three such anagrams in the prophecies one of which is paired to this series while the other verse C8 Q45 is part of the three brothers series which in itself is an import stream in the barren arriving from the barren Lady quote. In that verse Madelaine is adjacent to an anagram for babe and her younger brother's military demise is the focus of the text. These are all crucial to lifting of the veil that shields the rapist in these verses.

Nostradamus Verse C2 Q44 Trumpets signal Madelaine Senseless Lady allusionThere are other names in the anagrams of this verse and two of these are relatable to the story of the lady in this verse and her relationship to her mother.

They are:

Aschera (era chaſ): aka Asherah or The Great Lady, mother goddess par excellence- Queen of the Heavens,

Glanis (ns L'aig): On a site just outside St Remy where Nostradamus was born lies the ruins of the Roman city of Glanum which was named after Glanis the local mother goddesses of healing springs.

The presence of these ancient goddesses in the anagrams presents a case for the senseless lady being of high status.

The overall conclusion from details in the verses so far presented is the daughter had good reason to seek revenge when she was later in a position to do so. And those on her vengeance list surely included her mother.

The eagle driven back from circling the tents
Will be chased from there by other birds
When the noise of cymbals, trumpets and bells
Will restore the senses of the senseless lady.
