Nostradamus C5 Q78: The part asteroid miners play in future wars.

This verse is about the union of two parties that mine asteroids for minerals that they utilise in a war against their Eastern enemies.

The anagrams imply it occurs in the medium-future when the great inundation predicted by Nostradamus begins to subside and that the mineral of interest  is Phosphorus (element XV used =_ement Le_s deu_xv_ )
