This verse is another in the series on the Italian phase of the war against invaders and supplies details that further narrow down the time when these events occur.

In this instant it is at the time when cloning of reptiles and humans has begun, but the level of hostility has not yet reached its fever pitch.

 Like the previous two verses it details the use of chemicals in the war in Italy.
