During the 22ndC with floods drowning the cities of the lower lands, Southern France, like much of the world relies on local warlords to oppose the invasion fleets from the Arab World.

Tolentino is a small town near Belforte  Italy which is mentioned in C8 Q37 but it occurs as Belfort which is located in France near the Swiss Border.
