This
verse references the fears of the court of Nerac
(CAR
NE, ERSAF)
about the course of events in
the second half of the sixteenth century.The capitals are used for the anagrams
because that is how they appear in the text.
The anagrams also draws those fears around illness
and wars.
The term 'neotenic' references a
condition whereby juvenile features are retained in adulthood.
The
term 'Parcae' references the Roman fates.
'Uranate' alludes to an
oxide of Uranium
