  Michel de Nostredame
The second [child] is more reverent and advances if accompanied by the Latins. This will become the second way a furious and trembling path to Mount Louis descending [then] to mount the Pyrenees , which will not, however, be translated to the ancient monarchy...1558 Henry Epistle (HEE8a).

This chapter tells the story of the second of the three boys born to the once barren lady in the 22nd century but the context provided by the unity of the prophecies implies he is the oldest twin cloned from the supposedly 'proven DNA' of Jesus. As the older of the clones it is the second son who would most likely be accredited as the rightful claimant to the legacy of Jesus but it is the younger of the twins that takes that role. It is the struggle of the older twin's followers to legitimate his claim that is the basis for the wars. The story for this individual starts by using relevant quotes from the 1558 Epistle that accompanied the publication of the last three hundred quatrains in Nostradamus' Prophecies and pairing these to verses carrying the same terms.

The cipher from the quote given above is used to identify verses involving this person is ‘Latins’.

The reference to the ancient monarchy in the quote from the Epistle is a critical clue since it is consistent with the story line of Jesus' cloned descendants, a theme that uniquely explains Nostradamus' interest in writing about a time more than five hundred years after his own life.

The story of the once barren lady's descendants contained in the passage of the Epistle given below tells us that there are two principal children. The second child is one of these but he is also the first born of twins and so there is a younger twin brother and his sister born after him. However only his twin has genes from the same father and that paternal line is linked to the Christian Monarchy. Despite them being siblings other verses will tell us they aren't raised in the same home.

For God will take notice of the long barrenness of the great dame, who thereupon will conceive two principal children....She will not pass her thirty-sixth and she will leave three males, and one female, and of these two will not have had the same father...1558 Henry Epistle (HEE8a).

The text of C5 Q50 which is used at the start of this chapter mentions both Romania and Armenia as strongholds and this locates the battles in Pannonia, a name that Nostradamus uses frequently and which is part of the realm of the barren lady's daughter in the story given in the Epistle.  This verse links to the Epistle quote given above through its mention of brothers but the full link to the story of the barren lady's sons relies on other nearby sections in the Epistle. The ciphers by which this is achieved are latin passage opened and mountains to tremble.

The second [child] is more reverent and advances if accompanied by the Latins. This will become the second way (the Great St. Bernard Pass ) a furious and trembling path to Mount Louis descending [then] to mount the Pyrenees , which will not, however, be translated to the ancient monarchy..1558 Henry Epistle (HEE8a).

An important aspect in the above verse is the reference to the year that the brothers come of age which points to them being twins. The reference to Romania places one of the brothers in the region once called Pannonia and this is the territory where the sister reigns and where the mother goes in her later years. This child is most probably the youngest son, the younger of the cloned twins.

Two clues to the location of the older child's upbringing may be within the anagrams of the first line where Nestor Aegean (ſeront - en aage) can be found. This would place this child in the Greek Peloponnese where an ancient Greek called Nestor was king of Pylos. This region is that of modern Modone a name also given in the Epistle when referring to one who is opposed to the Antichrist. It is also probable that this is the original home of the once barren lady before she joins her daughter in Pannonia.

The aforementioned reign of the Antichrist will last only as far as that defined by the end of that age when the other one from Lyon is accompanied by the elected one of both the House of Modone Fulcy and of Ferrara who are maintained by the Adriatic Ligurians and the proximity of great Sicily..1558 Henry Epistle (HEE22b)

I have indicated that the word Latins that appears in C5 Q50 serves as a cipher for the story of the second child who is the older twin cloned from DNA supposedly sourced from Jesus. The next verse C1 Q83 illustrates its use and allows the story of this brother to be confirmed and expanded. One of the most notable of the anagrams is Istanbul which is the modern name for Byzantium, a city nominated in the passage on religious wars involving the brothers and one of the Antichrists.

At that time the great sails of Byzantium, allied with the Ligurians and through the support and power of "Aquilon" [the Northern Realm], will impede them so greatly that the two Cretans will be unable to maintain their faith...1558 Henry Epistle (HEE22b)

Within the Prophecies there are only two anagrams for Istanbul and one is in the first line of the verse given below. It occurs as a full line of adjacent anagrams saying Istanbul guide raise entrants age (nt eſtran - ge diu - isera- L a butins -a ge). The third line carries sequences saying brotherliness tales / least  (s et La - tins Horrible eſ) horribleness tantalise (ans et Lati - ns Horrible eſ) with these latter wordings having  resonance with that for the wars of the brothers found in the Epistle.
